Harriett Savage was born c.1823 in Guildford, Surrey. She was the eldest child of John Savage and Maria Savage (nee Spicer).
On 26th December 1823 Harriett Savage was baptised at Holy Trinity Church, Guildford, Surrey.
On 6th June 1841 the Census was held. Harriett Savage was living in the High Street, Guildford, Surrey with her parents John Savage and Maria Savage (nee Spicer) and her siblings; John Savage, Henry Savage, Eliza Savage, Ellen Savage and Martha Ann Savage.
