Edward Maxwell Savage 1879 - 1955

Edward Maxwell Savage was born 1879 in Clerkenwell, Middlesex. He was the only child of Edward John Savage and Frances Patience Savage (nee Besant).

Within the year his father Edward John Savage died.

On 3rd April 1881 the Census was held. Edward Maxwell Savage was living with his Grandfather Joseph R. Besant, his Uncle Robert Besant, his mother Frances Patience Savage (nee Besant) and a visitor, Graham C. Macintosh.

On 5th March 1882 Edward Maxwell Savage's mother Frances Patience Savage (nee Besant) married Graham Carrick Macintosh at St John Church, Hackney, Middlesex.

On 5th April 1891 the Census was held. Edward Maxwell Savage was living in Leyton, Essex, with his Step-Father Graham Carrick Macintosh, his mother Frances Patience Macintosh (nee Besant, formally Savage), his half-sisters, Frances Macintosh, Maud M. Macintosh and Jane Macintosh and his half-brother Joseph Macintosh.

On 31st March 1901 the Census was held. Edward Maxwell Savage was living at 58 Leyton Road, London, with his step-father Graham Carrick Macintosh, his mother Frances Patience Macintosh (nee Besant, formally Savage), his half-sisters Frances Macintosh, Mary Macintosh and Jane Macintosh and his half-brother Joseph Macintosh. Edward was working as a Fitter.

In 1910 Edward Maxwell Savage married Helen Lydia Drabwell.

On 2nd April 1911 the Census was held. Edward Maxwell Savage was living at 170 High Road, South Tottenham, London, with his wife Helen Lydia Savage (nee Drabwell) he was working as a Black Smith.

In 1955 Edward Maxwell Savage died.
