John Savage 5th April 1796 - 1880

John Savage was born on 5th April 1796 in Clerkenwell, Middlesex. He was the first child of John Savage and Elizabeth Savage.

Sometime in c.1820 John Savage married Maria Spicer.

On 6th June 1841 the Census was held. John Savage was living in the High Street, Guildford, Surrey, with his wife Maria Savage (nee Spicer) and their children; John Savage born 1821, Harriett Savage born 1823, Henry Charles Savage born 1830, Eliza Savage born 1832, Alice Savage born 1833, Ellen Clara Savage born 1834 and Martha Ann Savage born 1840. John was working as a Hair Dresser.

On 30th March 1851 the Census was held. John Savage was living in Pitch Place, Surrey, with his wife Maria Savage (nee Spicer) and their daughters Martha Ann Savage and Amelia Savage born 1843. John was working in Hair Dresser.

In 1880 John Savage died.

Between 1933 and 1945 Angelina Margaret Savage was living at 91 St Albans Buildings, Holborn, London.

In 1947 Angelina Margaret Savage died.

Edward Maxwell Savage 1879 - 1955

Edward Maxwell Savage was born 1879 in Clerkenwell, Middlesex. He was the only child of Edward John Savage and Frances Patience Savage (nee Besant).

On 5th March 1882 Edward Maxwell Savage's mother Frances Patience Savage (nee Besant) married Graham Carrick Macintosh at St John Church, Hackney, Middlesex.

Edward Maxwell Savage was living in Leyton, Essex, with his Step-Father Graham Carrick Macintosh, his mother Frances Patience Macintosh (nee Besant, formally Savage), his half-sisters, Frances Macintosh, Maud M. Macintosh and Jane Macintosh and his half-brother Joseph Macintosh.

On 7th April 1861 the Census was held. Marina Maria Savage was living in the Highway, Enfield, Middlesex, with her parents John Savage and Merina Savage (nee Carter) and her siblings; Edward Savage, Susannah Savage and Ellen Savage and her Great Grandfather Thomas Spicer.
